IEEE ICCSC 2008 offers an opportunity to learn about state of the art technologies and evolution paths for the multimedia wireless Internet of the near future. ICCSC 2008 welcomes researchers, developers and business managers in a varied program including technical sessions, industry-oriented plenary talks, and a Workshop sponsored by Huawei Corporation. Speakers will be both local figures and prominent individuals from around the world. Accepted papers are included in the conference Proceedings, IEEE XPlore, and Engineering Index.  In addition, each accepted paper will be assigned a digital object identifier (DOI), the new standard used by indexers for citation purposes.
